I'm looking for a top-notch Web designer who can turn wireframes into amazing Web designs on an ongoing, freelance basis. No development/theme work is required as our firm does that in-house.
Please send a link to your portfolio and your hourly rate. At this time, I can only consider designers who can legally work in the US and accept payment in USD.
I'd prefer someone who is a full-time independent contractor.
