Is it possible to implement multiple operators for Hab.la?

Issue Summary

My company has 20 inside sales reps that are available for answering customer questions. Is it possible to assign each customer to an available sales person to answer questions (in the same fashion a call center would handle incoming calls)?

To re-iterate, each sales rep has his/her own jabber account. How, if it is modifiable, would this module be able to rotate through 20 (or any specified amount of) site id's belonging to each different sales rep so that each of them can answer each customer's questions?
