input format field missing in panel content after i installed image assis and updated jquery

I have installed image assis and did some updates on the jquery(cant remember).then on my panel content, i cant select the input format. the "input format" is still there but there is nothing under it to select from. I have tried to disable image assis, but still didnt slove the problem. My whole site is using version 5, so i still want to keep version 5, but dont know how to solve this problem
