I have created my own theme based on a designers specification. See: http://www.sitech-service.nl
On a small page, like the logon page, the page does not fill out the screen vertically. The frontpage design of the designer does this based on frame set like (frameset rows="*,0" border="0" frameborder="no" framespacing="0"). See http://www.sitechservices.nl
How can I create this effect in my Drupal theming?
