Issue Summary
I look through the cvs code but could not find a hook_uninstall for this module. Someone had suggested a patch that had an uninstall function in it a few months back:

This was added in version 6.x-1.3: http://drupal.org/node/574336
If you meant to point out that EPublish 5.x-1.2 doesn't have the hook_uninstall implemented, I suggest reviewing the patch on the issue you mentioned.
