CSS Gzip will no longer be updated/supported. All future development is being done in the Advanced CSS/JS Aggregation module.
Now works with recolorable themes via optional output buffering & hook_init/hook_exit. #554146: CSS_GZip doesn't work with Pixture and other color-based themes.

Code has been re-factored and documented for the better.
