1. Consolidated menu, by moving all custompage menus under "build" menu
2. Fixed the misleading error message when template not found
3. In CSS made hovered highlight background color setting non !important, so it can be overriden from theme css, if needed (very annoying sometimes)
4. Linked custompage pathes from the listing page so they can be previews with one click (yes!)
