Everytime I put webform_report in my modules folder and try to open my modules it errors out the page and wont open.

Please be more specific.
What is the error message?
Have you downloaded the complete module? maybe it is missing some files?
Try downloading the module again and upload a fresh version.
Did you change any of the files in the report module?

Run update.php

Sorry hit the enter button to soon. My page just times out and it wont load the module page. i get a 500 error. Im running on iis 7.0 and am fairly new to everything.
