Issue Summary
It would be useful to have the node title as part of the breadcrumb just like it's done in menu_breadcrumbs module. menu_breadcrumbs allows user to select if the title should be part of breadcrumb and if it should be an url. That way breadcrumbs behave the same way if you happen to have both modules active.
