Missing labels on days

Description
On the node form, there's no label next to the days, making it hard to make out which is which.
Also, there's a "None" appearing right next to the first day, although I have no idea why :)

I've made a patch for this problem – I might have misunderstood something, but as I see it the $iteration counter was not necessary, since we have the delta. I've tested it, and it seems to work perfectly :)
