No, sorry. It's currently not possible to show Plus 1 in the comments. There are no plans to add this either.

There is a difference between voting "on" comments and voting "in" them.
Voting on comments means different ratings for individual comments. For comparison, this requires http://drupal.org/project/fivestarextra

Voting in comments means that the rating for the node is mentioned in the comment. For comparison, this can be done with the standard fivestar module, by attaching a comment with a rating.

@Mike: Let's keep this one closed. If you want this feature, open a new issue with a much better explanation (and maybe pictures), because I didn't understand that one at all.
