Helping Hand - Tweaking Theme & Bits and Pieces

I am looking for a Helping Hand to sort out some smaller issues.

It seems a person with sound knowledge of css, html and some php is needed, knowledge of Drupal would come second. It is more important that this Helping Hand likes to tinker - a very British form of try and error.
I need help with this and in this order:

1. Theming – cleaning up and tinkering with a customised layout –
   Requires: css, php, and html, knowledge of Drupal theming system.
2. Help with including advertising blocks
   Requires: Knowledge of different advertising modules and networks, including the setting up of site advertising for direct sponsors.
3. Help with setting up Views
   Requires: Experience with Views module & add-ons.

I would like to pay this by hourly rates – via PayPal or similar. The rates need to reflect the sharing approach, i.e. all those using Drupal can learn form each other something of value.

Start of work asap for approx. 2-3 weeks.

I expect a collaborative approach of sharing information and how to do things with Skype or other VoiP conferences.

I will share freely my learning curve over the last 3 months of setting up various websites with a range of modules including (social) networking and handbooks.

Please let me have your hourly rates straight away - no need to beat around the bush.
