When displaying the list of publications, I'd like the URL field to always show up in the list. I am unsure how this happens. I only see it for some of the publications, but not for all that have the URL tag set. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
Thanks

rjerome commentedWhich "Style" (AMA, MLA, Chicago) are you using?
george1982 commentedIt's the "Classic - This is the original biblio style"

george1982 commentedanother thing is that I can't seem to have the DOI displayed either

rjerome commentedFor that style, I don't know how you could see it for any of the publications since it's simply not in the code. Any chance you could provide a screen shot showing one with a URL?

george1982 commentedScreenshot 1 shows the style selection I have, Screenshot 2 shows the list of papers as it is displayed and Screenshot 3 shows the details of a paper. The issue is that the URL in 3 does not show in 2; Is there a way to get it to display? Also, I'd like to have a secondary link, to the publisher website, if possible. Can I use a custom tag for that? (If so, can I get that tag to be displayed and considered a link?)

rjerome commentedAt this time, that feature is not available, but you can have the title of the paper link directly to the URL if you wish... go to "admin/settings/biblio" and in the "Links" section, check link titles with URL field. This will get you half way there.
One of the problems with displaying the URL is that they can be quite long some times which really messes up the display sometimes.

rjerome commentedOh and by the way, that style "Classic" is probably not the best choice. It doesn't correspond to any recognized standards, it was just something I cooked up as the very fist style years ago. I've been meaning to remove it, and will do at some time.
