I am trying to set up a workflow and when I add the workflow I get the option to schedule but I can not have user schedule the workflow, it always has to be immediately. How do I get this option off the page so that when workflow is updated it is updated right then.

In User Management> Permissions there is a permission called schedule workflow transitions turn it off.

Every role has this permission turned off and it is still there. Is there any other way to disable it or even better remove it?

Edit: I was using the admin user, that one always sees the schedule, other roles don't when the permission is off.

This is working fine, sorry for the confusion.
