When I create new content and select 'upload file' (which leads to /node/add/filestore2) I get a blank screen. What could the issue be here? Thanks

I get the same on drupal 4.6.5 :-(

ok just read all of this information and I figured it out :)

Just download all modules that arer required (file manager, fscache) and remember to activate them in admin>modules :)
