wysiwyg api not compatible with filter by node type

Hi there,

like the headline tells:

Wysiwyg API (version 5.x-1.1) is not compatible with the project "filter by node type" (http://drupal.org/project/filterbynodetype). I have installed TinyMCE (latest version), which only shows up if I deactivate "filter by node type"... I did not test it with another editor yet. but I think, the effect would be the same.

Any suggestions how this could be fixed?
