Not compatible with jquery 1.3

Description

At the moment the module is not compatible with jquery 1.3. Because of the @ selector.
Made some changes in the .js file. Now it seems to be working.

Hi,

I applied the patch to EVF 6.x , please reopen if it doesn't work, although it should.
Sorry, I won't be backporting patches to 5.X...

This issue still persists, I got "error in the form" when trying to vote with admin user in IE.
