Issue Summary
When "sorting by year" is chosen there are bars dividing the years - but when "sorting by type" is selected there are no bars or anything else dividing the different publication types.

Interesting.... There used to be, I must have introduced a bug somewhere recently that broke that. I'll fix it.

Indeed, in the course of cutting and pasting, I lost the trailing "e" off the variable "biblio_type_name" :-(
It's fixed now.
Unfortunately, until we get our automated testing procedures built, it's the unsuspecting user who gets to find these things :-)
