Add enough information for the theme_menu functions to know which menu name they are building.
at this time only the theme_menu_item_link has enough information about the menu being built, but not for mytheme_menu_item or mytheme_menu_tree

New features should be against Drupal 8.x at this point.

I'm marking this as outdated, but please reopen and update the version to 8.x if you feel it's relevant.
