Subscription Module

Here is what I'm looking for:

I need an e-commerce module that will allow a registered user to download 3 items free (product is downloadable). After 3 free downloads, they have to purchase the downloads. Does anyone know of any module that will allow me to set up this kind of struture? Thanks.
