We need to consider better use of terminology. I'll look through the .pot file, and try to make an exhaustive list later.

If anyone wants to throw out ideas, this would be a good place.

How about turning "Rules Sets" into "Workflows"?

If this should be for 1.0, we need to be quick and we need to be sure it's right.

-1 for turning rule sets into workflows - as they arent specific to workflows at all. However I agree that it's difficult for users to grasp what rule sets are for, we surely need more docs here.
