My company Pikkle provides content for japanese mobile phones. We have a Flash downloadable character service called "charajam". People pay about 30 cents per character download.

So after the users choose their characters as a starting point, I want to build out a rich interactive community:
- customizable home pages,
- mini-games,
- a points system,
- SNS/ buddy-lists,
and other rich communication tools.
We also have a server-side flash renderer, so another part of this will be getting Drupal content into flash. Quite a lot of different modules.
As traffic increases, a portion of the users will convert to paying download customers, fuelling more module development.
This will be a very fun project!
