Description
My customer wants the ability to hide the "Unsubscribe" check box. So I took this a bit farther, and allow the ability to turn all those fields on or off. The attached patch also corrects #415832: Profile_load_profile requires a user object.

BTW, half of what is needed to use this with Mollom is included (the other half goes into the Mollom module for now).
