is this possible? so instead of "title" or "attached image", it says something you want it to?

You can change the label, but not the machine name.
(Well, you *can* change the machine name if you're prepared to go fiddling in the database directly, but it's non-trivial and I wouldn't recommend it.)

I tried to search the database, and I am prepared to do that. I couldn't find the phrase attached image though :[

you can try to change labels by editing the content type in administer -> content types
