If you visit: http://drupal.org/user/245362/track, you see they have added basically the same post twice today. They have been on drupal.org a little over a year and these are their first posts. I actually am unsure of the purpose of the posts so am unsure how to treat them. If the user was new I would treat them as tests posts and delete, but they have been around awhile if inactive.

Looking for other opions/thoughts, thanks.

I went ahead and deleted the handbook post-- no question it doesn't belong there. I'm tempted to remove the email / services ad part of the the remaining post. What do you think?

Removing the email/services ad would help, though it still (to me) leaves an unreadable post.
