Description
There are some products that don't ever make sense to sell to a user more than once, for example, a life time membership, or perhaps a course.
It would be helpful to add a feature to this module to allow for a "lifetime qty restriction" for each customer, or perhaps a "restrict to X qty in Y time".

Just so you know... the code is in the latest -dev release now, so no need to patch or checkout from CVS to test.
