Random theme shows themes that are not available

Description
Switch theme honours the themes that are enabled, but random theme seems to include any theme installed whether enabled or not.
Drupal 6.10.

Here is the patch which solves this.

I have not learned how to patch yet, so I can't review it, sorry. I will have to wait for it to get rolled into an update. Thanks for fixing it!
