"or allowing it to effect any page" should be "or allowing it to affect any page" (in globalredirect.admin.inc, line 41)

Whoops, found a spelling mistake, too. "compae" -> "compare". Updated patch attached.

The patch failed for me, xlq. Perhaps because (it looks like) you created it using git. Here's one generated by CVS.
