Hi...

I've tried to reach the drupal.org/project/Themes site and I got the following message:

The Apache Solr search engine is not available. Please contact your site administrator.

Is it an error in the drupal site?

someone is likely working on something related to apache_solr installation. In future questions of this nature should be filed as an issue against drupal.org using your issues link in the navigation menu.

you can check themes out of CVS in the meantime.
