Nodequeue didn't appear on Views's Filters

Basically, I created a Views and want to filter out some nodes that already on Nodequeue.

As I remember, it have a filter on the Views's Filters to do that, but where did it go now?

I found that if you use the default Nodequeue's view , the filter will appear.
but when remove Nodequeue in "Relationships", It'll gone too..

Is that what it meant to be?
