Hi,
is it possible to apply this patch to the current 6.x-1.2 release?
I have try to apply the patch manually but it doesn’t works for me.
The options are still available.

No, but you can upgrade to 6.x-1.x-dev and get the same code.
If that works better I could create a 6.x-1.3 official release.

would be great to have a new release with these two patches:
- if only one subscription mode is enabled, users should only see one option in their edit page
- Allow admin to set the node notify default
