Hi,

Any chance of getting this to work with ISPConfig 3.0 please?

Cheers.

Nope, there is no remoting framework for ISPConfig 3.0 yet (which is what we use to connect to ISPConfig) and when it will be released, it will be completely different. See:

Meanwhile ISPCONFIG 3 got support for remote framework:

How do you know that? The linked page tells nothing about such a thing as a remoting framework for ISPconfig 3 !?

I am a ISPconfig 3 user, and you can add remote users from the control panel.

Seems as if the Remoting framework for 3.0.x is under heavy development currently, but seems also not really usable yet.
So the project lead of ISPconfig wrote on 9th on december:

The functions to add clients are only available in svn and will be released with ispconfig 3.0.2

see: http://www.howtoforge.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41653

Well 3.0.6 is out for some time now and I use it on my servers. 3.0.6 is stable...so there is support for remote users since 3.0.2

No, current version is 3.0.1.6, not 3.0.6 - so 3.0.2 is not released yet.

Do you use the current Remoting framework? Could you give a short outline then, what can be done remotely and which features are available and which don't? I would really appreciate this. I've been searching on HowtoForge but so far I can't see sth. like that.

EDIT - Last answer from the project lead tonight:

Download the ispconfig 3 tar.gz file and look at the examples in the remote_client directory. There is no additional documentation available.

2nd EDIT: Yeahh, after havng a look into spconfig3_install/interface/lib/classes/remoting.inc.php where class remoting lives: mail user related remote control seems possible at the time, really not much more; oh - before I forget: adding a client seems possible as well.
