Taxonomy block not updating after domain change.

Issue Summary

Over the weekend we moved the site to another server. This is usually a seamless affair with cpanel's built in function. The only thing that seems to a gone awry is that the taxonomy block seems stuck on the content it had just before the move. In other words while the rest of the site has been processing new content the block is static -- i.e. not showing new nodes under the category.

We changed the domain tdl from .com to .net in the move which is th eonly thing I can think of that would affect it. But how? and Why? thanks.

I recognize this may not be a bug. But it may be.
