I am setting up a site which is available in three languages. But regardless of the users' language choice for viewing the site and getting emails, Notify sticks to the default installation language for the emails content.

subscribing : I got many difficulties to import french translations, and email is partially translated (which is worse than not at all...).

Have added translation to text in emails to latest snapshot of 7.x-1.x. Text in emails should now be in user's preferred language on a multilingual site.

Please review.

Please note that this does no solve all multilingual issues. Routing may still be wrong (re. #2336961: link for multilingual news) and mails notified about is not filtered according to user's preferred language.
