Permalinks for comment? and I have another problem

Hi all,
Firstly, how can I have a permalink-type link for comments? I can't seem to find a module for that...
Also, I see that the comment title automatically makes urls to the comments, but there is a big problem; it doesn't 'remember' the page. So if I copied the link from the second page of comments: http://modding-planet.com/asset/test-content?page=1 and then viewed the link, it would not be there, because the link only points to the first page: http://modding-planet.com/asset/test-content#comment-18

Advanced Forum will automaticaly make use of it as well.
