I've tried to use sections in a localhost environment on XAMPP on WinXP and the Admin page for sections turns up blank.

Is this on the latest codebase? The reference talks about 4.6. serctions was **NOT** released for 4.6. that has a reason: it does not work on 4.6!

So, only if this can be reproduced on the latest CVS (or release candiate) this is a real bug. Else please close.
