I just wanted to say congrats for this module. I am advertising it across Drupal forums because I believe it is fantastic :)

Today I got it working thanks to help here and it is marvelous. 50% value increase for my site :D

Thanks giorgio. I'm glad we got everything working the way you need. I know that the documentation needs a little more information. It would be great if you could write up some of your lessons learned so I can share with others.
