Error in required filed

Checkbox and list selection

not work good when i put "the user must insert a value".

If the user don't put a value there are no error and registration go to nex step.
This is error.

I cant put a required chackbox whitch privacy or Condiction because
if the user don't check Drupal don't give error.

If you see the picture, the first filed don't have *
and in the setting i have put "the user must enter a value"

If you see the picture, the second filed has *
but option will be selected in automated mode, i have not select "accetta"
If filed is required the user will select a option not a option it's auomated insert.
