Warning when choosing a menu whith no children

Issue Summary

After installation/configuration I receive the following message:

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/gxiwafr/public_html/cms/modules/dynamic_persistent_menu/dynamic_persistent_menu.module on line 126.

Can anyone let me know what's happening?

You must choose a menu which contains children. I fixed the code in the CVS to prevent the warning.
