Issue Summary
I think it would be nice to give public credit to the moderators. Something like this:
500 posts moderated in the last month.
5,000 posts moderated since the beginning of this site.
Actions by moderator in the last month:
pwolanin: 500
lyricnz: 400
yoroy: 388
Actions by moderator all time:
pwolanin: 3,000
lyricnz: 1,000
yoroy: 1,000

Quick patch - probably needs a setting for the number to show?

I guess we should ideally check that the user status is active in the query.
I think this is good enough without a setting for the number, but maybe 5 is enough.
It would also be interesting to limit the recency as well so that it shows "who are the top moderators in the last 6 months" rather than just all time, but it depends on what you are trying to motivate people to do.
