Getting "table doesn't exist" error when I try to create a new URL shortcut

Hi there,

I just installed Knurl on my Drupal 6.10 site. When I try to 'create a new URL shortcut', I get the following error:

user warning: Table 'ppld.knurl' doesn't exist query: SELECT * FROM knurl WHERE short_url='6la8ish' in C:\www\vhosts\localhost\_\drupal\sites\all\modules\knurl\knurl.module on line 83.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and I have run update.php.

I would greatly appreciate any help!
