It seems htmltidy-6.x-1.0.tar.gz is just a copy of htmltidy-5.x-1.x-dev.tar.gz
Nontheless its marked as the recommended version for 6.x, which is obviously not working.

This was a release tagging mistake. The new version form dev was ported. Ill also be addressing the rest of these issues tonight and making another release after a little testing this week.
