I've tested a my site on all mac browsers + FF3 for PC, and video works well. Then I tried on ie7; just a white area. Tested on three more PCs (with latest flash player); no cigar...

I can't believe it took me so long to find out; it's because of a contrib module for minifying js: http://drupal.org/project/javascript_aggregator. I posted an issue in the module's queue. Fixed.
