Is it possible to display the comments available in the view nodecomment via contemplate?

Also would like to know how to position the default "comments" form with contemplate.Without contemplate, the form is cleanly aligned below the div node content. When contemplate is used, how to position this comment form? Would it be possible by CSS or only by contemplate module or both css and contemplate?
