Is this the same project as: HELP REQUIRED PLEASE - Paid job to assist with ecommerce/subscription modules?

If so can you please explain your reasoning for the change? I'm always interested in knowing how people decide to use Ubercart and how it compares to other options.
If not, I would love to know why you chose different e-commerce packages for the different projects.
