Sometimes when opening up a new page on the site the primary links on the top just takes off to the north and hangs just below the search block on the themes upper right corner. When passing the cursor on top they kindly move back into the right place. See attached picture.

I'm having the same issue in IE 7. I have to click on a link on the page; hovering doesn't work. Works fine in Firefox or IE 8. Also, it works on IE 7 after the first time until I restart the computer or clear the browsing history/cookies.
