Help please - my Site dissapeared

Hello all,
I'm building a Drupal6 site - everything seemed to be normal until I saw somthing on the module administration page admin/build/modules. There was a module showing only the version 6.X.XXalpha3 or somthing similar but whiout name and whiout description. I decided to activated to see what it was about and BANG!!! I got a blank page everywhere....
Can anybody give me some advise please...?

look under "blank pages"
alpha versions of modules should only be used for testing.
Problem Solved
Thanks a lot for the help.
I have found found the problem. It was caused when I activated the panel_page module - I just deativated it and !voila! everything went back to normal...
