What's up Drupal people, bike people, and assembled squirrels,

Rock The Bike has been having a blast lately with our unique Pedal Powered Stage: http://www.rockthebike.com/pedalpoweredstage

We show up at green events and music events, and pedal power hours of live music. Then, late at night usually, we haul all the supplies back to base on cargo bikes equipped with neon lights and sound systems. If this sounds like fun to you and especially if you live in the Bay Area with access to our events, please read on.

There's one thing that's not flowing right in our business right now, our Drupal site. Our previous developer was inundated with work precisely when a teammember was injured. They are anxious to gracefully wrap up work with Rock The Bike and pass the keys to a new developer.

We've got a buglist with 30-40 bugs, grouped by priority, and a healthy number of awesome new community and ecommerce features to implement. We've put out the call through our community and have gotten competent quotes from 3 developers, but they're all in a $100+/hr consulting mindset. We're looking for an awesome bike person to look at our situation and say "You know what? I want to help those guys, no matter what." If that sounds like you, and you have the skills to help, we should be able to set up a monthly retainer arrangement that is mutually agreeable. We'd like to get started with tackling the buglist as soon as possible.

More technical information about our Drupal install has been posted here: http://drupal.org/node/388152 Highlights include custom integrations of Ubercart with community functions like testimonials and blogging, a wah-wah Organic Groups install, and some custom theming tricks like signwriter.
