relevance 6.x-2.0

The new release has some structural changes, but that doesn't require any upgrade.

- Statistics module now is optional
Now, this module is no longer required for making relevance work. If you use don't use statistics on your website, now you can use relevance.

- New timer for testing/debugging the speed of the algorithm
There's a timer that gets the time to run the relevance query, so you can adjust you factors if they start to reach undesired values. But probably you wont experience any problems because it uses the drupal block's cache. This value can be enabled or not.

- Equalization on algorithm values
If you use the score of the algorithm, now you will see that their values were putted in a 0-10 scale.

- Some little layout improvements
