Your response will help shape the future of the Drupal business ecosystem.When I create a page after upgrading to latest dev version this morning page creation no longer works, when I click the Finish button in intial setup of Panel Page after some time the page refreshes to the following url:
/admin/build/delegator/page-space_management/add/page_space_management_panel_context_3/criteria
But displays the content from:
/admin/build
and nothing gets written to the database.
also of note is that /admin/build/pages/list isn't showing all of the pages in the database.
I've attached an export of the panels_page table in case it helps, the 'pool_vehicle_services' entry is the one that isn't displaying in the page list.

realityloop commentedI've tried un-installing the module and deleting the panels tables, then re-installing the module and am still unable to create pages.
